On this form, list the law schools to which you plan to apply. Then for each school, list the relevant information called for by the form. For some schools, all the information may not be available in which cases just enter “N/A”. You can find the information in The Official Guide to U. S. Law Schools, the ABA Guide to Law Schools (both of which are in the library on reserve, and you can also find the information on-line at the LSAC site and at the various law school sites. The information is also quickly available at the Boston College On-Line Law School Locator site; click on “Students,” then scroll down and click on “Graduate School” and then click on “Applying to Law School.”
Most students are advised to apply to one or two “safe” schools (schools which will almost definitely admit them), several schools for which admission may not be “safe” but is likely or quite possible (that is, schools for which you are well within realistic range), and one or two long shots. Each student’s admissions situation is unique and your list is a starting place for discussions with the Pre-law Advisor.
